En el presente trabajo se realiza una sistematización teórica de cómo educar la personalidad de los estudiantes en la etapa previa a la elección profesional. Se abordan las particularidades para realizar este proceso desde la psicología de orientación humanista. El estudio realizado está sustentado en el análisis de bibliografías de autores que han profundizado en el tema por varios lustros. Se asumen importantes criterios que sirven de guía para enrumbar la educación profesional de la personalidad en esta etapa.

ABSTRACT
Presently work is carried out a theoretical systematizing of how to educate the personality of the students in the previous stage to the professional election. It is approached the particularities to carry out this process from the psychology of humanist orientation. The carried out study is sustained in the analysis of authors’ bibliographies that have deepened in the topic for several half a decade. Important approaches are assumed that serve of guide for lead the way the professional education of the personality in this stage.
