El artículo tiene por objetivo presentar una breve aproximación teórica referida a la dinámica de grupo y a los grupos operativos con la finalidad no tan solo de relacionarlos, sino de resignificar el estudio y por consiguiente la intervención del Trabajo Social, especialmente en el ámbito de lo grupal. Finalmente trata del proceso y fenómenos de grupo así como de la función del trabajador social en el mismo desde las distintas concepciones puesto que constituyen un aporte para que el Trabajo Social Grupal construya una visión global y al mismo tiempo integradora referido al campo grupal problemático en la trama social. Este campo problemático se configura en el ámbito de relaciones establecidas entre las necesidades y satisfactores sociales siendo el punto de partida que genera toda intervención profesional por el carácter de la disciplina.

ABSTRACT
They summarize the article must by objective present/display a brief referred theoretical approach to the dynamics of group and the operations groups with the purpose not only of relating them, but of resignificar the study and therefore the intervention of the Social Work, specially in the scope of the group thing. Finally it deals with about the process and phenomena of group as well as the function of the social worker in he himself from the different conceptions since they constitute a contribution so that the Group Social Work constructs integrating a global vision and at the same time referred to the problematic group field in the social plot. This problematic field forms in the scope of relations established between the necessities and social satisfactores being the departure point that generates all professional intervention by the character of the discipline.
