Resumen: DESCARGAR
El presente trabajo busca reflexionar sobre la relación entre liberalismo y matrices ideológicas antidemocráticas en Argentina. Ciertamente, esto no es algo nuevo. Podemos encontrar un precedente importante en las experiencias de colonialismo e imperialismo de las Repúblicas liberales durante el siglo XIX y XX, lo que nos permite comprender cómo el orden liberal, con sus preceptosy su potencial emancipador, en fin, su pretensión civilizatoria y humanitaria podía coexistir con experiencias extremas de deshumanización del otro. En nuestro país, hemos tenido experiencias muy evidentes en este sentido. La dialéctica civilización y barbarie, la Conquista del Desierto, el positivismo y el modernismo, en fin, las diversas aristas del “liberalismo doctrinario” argentino nos han dado suficientes muestras de ello. Con el fin de analizar esta variante reaccionaria del liberalismo argentino actual, nos proponemos, en primer lugar, esbozar una teoría del conflicto político en clave democrática desde los aportes de Eduardo Grüner. Y, en segundo lugar, abordar las tesis principales del paradigma poscolonial de Achille Mbembe. Consideramos que la aparente novedad actual de los vínculos entre liberalismo y derecha radical (o posfascista) sería, en realidad, una actualización (o reedición) del racismo biológico y cultural en sus bases doctrinales, expresando una vez más su inveterada funcionalidad a los intereses de los poderes fácticos. Como lo sabemos, a lo largo de la agitada historia de nuestro país, trágicamente estos espurios nexos permitieron violencias, dictaduras, proscripciones y desapariciones.

Abstract
This paper seeks to reflect on the relationship between liberalism and anti-democratic ideological matrices in Argentina. Certainly this is not something new. We can find an important precedent in the experiences of colonialism and imperialism of the liberal Republics during the 19th and 20th centuries, which allows us to understand how the liberal order, with its precepts and its emancipatory potential, in short, its civilizing and humanitarian claim could coexist with extreme experiences of dehumanization of the other. In our country, we have had very clear experiences in this regard. The dialectic of civilization and barbarism, the Conquest of the Desert, positivism and modernism, in short, the various aspects of Argentine «doctrinaire liberalism» have given us sufficient evidence of this. In order to analyze this reactionary variant of current Argentine liberalism, we propose, first of all, to outline a theory of political conflict in a democratic key based on the contributions of Eduardo Grüner. And, secondly, to address the main theses of Achille Mbembe’s postcolonial paradigm. We believe that the current apparent novelty of the links between liberalism and the radical (or post-fascist) right would actually be an update (or reissue) of biological and cultural racism in its doctrinal bases, once again expressing its inveterate functionality for the interests of the powers that be. As we know, throughout the troubled history of our country, tragically these spurious links allowed violence, dictatorships, proscriptions and disappearances.
