El artículo pretende instalar la discusión acerca de las limitaciones de la representación sindical en las experiencias de recuperación de fábricas y empresas. Para eso describe las características fundamentales de estas experiencias haciendo particular hincapié en la idea de desdibujamiento de la relación capitalista en la organización interna. A su vez, se describen las transformaciones del sindicalismo desde la instalación de la dictadura mitra con el objetivo de plantear las contradicciones que existen hacia su interior. Luego de definir qué se entiende por fábrica recuperada y plantear qué particularidades adquiere el sindicalismo en la actualidad, se intentan responder algunos interrogantes: ¿tiene acaso sentido la existencia del sindicalismo en estos espacios?, ¿por qué algunos sindicatos apoyaron y otros no estas experiencias?

ABSTRACT
The article tries to install the discussion brings over of the limitations of syndical representation in the experiences of recovery factories and companies. For it, it describes the fundamental characteristics of these experiences doing particular support in the idea of desdibujamiento of the capitalist relation in the internal organization. In turn, the transformations of syndicalism describe from the installation of the dictatorship miter with the aim to raise the contradictions that exist towards his interior. After defining what understands itself for recovered factory and to raise what particularities acquires the syndicalism at present, they try to answer some questions: has chance felt the existence of syndicalism in these spaces?, why some unions did they rest and others not these experiences?
