Resumen
En este artículo presentamos algunos resultados obtenidos en el marco de un plan de investigación desarrollado en el contexto de las becas estímulo a las vocaciones científicas del Consejo Interuniversitario Nacional (CIN). La misma se inscribe en el Proyecto de Investigación: “Ingresos e ingresantes a la universidad” (PI 40-C-796) de la Universidad Nacional de Río Negro (UNRN), y procura contribuir al conocimiento sobre los ingresantes a carreras de ciencias aplicadas de la Sede Alto Valle de la dicha Universidad y su relación con el saber universitario.
Específicamente, se busca identificar qué tipo de saberes y actividades intelectuales son demandadas a los ingresantes en las carreras de ciencias aplicadas a partir de un análisis preliminar de los textos prescriptivos en los que se expresan parcialmente las propuestas curriculares de esas carreras, pero también identificar qué tipo de saberes y actividades intelectuales los ingresantes a esas carreras adjudican mayor significancia en su ingreso a la universidad.

Abstract
In this article we present some results obtained within the framework of a research plan developed in the context of the scholarships to encourage scientific vocations of the National Interuniversity Council. It is part of the Research Project: “Freshmen and admissions to the university” (PI 40-C-796) of the National University of Río Negro, and seeks to contribute to knowledge about freshmen to applied science careers at this university o and its relationship with university knowledge.
Specifically, it seeks to identify what type of knowledge and intellectual activities are demanded of newcomers to applied science careers. We based on a preliminary analysis of the prescriptive texts in which the curricular proposals of those careers are partially expressed, but also to identify what type of knowledge and intellectual activities, the new students give greater importance.
