Las investigaciones referidas a las trayectorias laborales y educativas de los jóvenes universitarios realizadas en Argentina significaron aportes a la toma de decisiones y a la definición de políticas educativas. Por ello, se presenta como una cuestión de importancia disponer de información sistemática en el ámbito universitario acerca de estos temas, que preocupan a los responsables de gestión universitaria y a los jóvenes. Para la construcción de dichos aportes se requiere conocer los caminos educativos y laborales transitados por los jóvenes, considerar el contexto y los escenarios posibles para su acción profesional en términos de la estructura productiva, la innovación tecnológica, las políticas públicas y el proceso de globalización teniendo en cuenta su incidencia en el ámbito educativo y por consiguiente en las trayectorias de los universitarios. Este trabajo aborda la educación de postgrado de estudiantes que provienen de distintas formación grado. La metodología utilizada es cuantitativa (cuestionarios) y cualitativa (entrevistas en profundidad). Las conclusiones llevan a problematizar la formación de posgrado como parte de procesos más amplios en los que intervienen el funcionamiento de los mercados de empleo, las historias de constitución de cada profesión y las decisiones subjetivas ligadas a situaciones socio demográficas.

ABSTRACT
The investigations referred to the labor and educative trajectories of the university young people made in Argentina meant contributions to the decision making and the definition of educative policies. By it, one appears like an importance question of having systematic information in the university scope about these subjects, that they worry to the people in charge about university management and to the young people. For the construction of these contributions it is required to know the educative and labor ways journeyed by the young people, to consider the context and the possible scenes for its professional action in terms of the productive structure, the technological innovation, public policies and the globalization process considering its incidence in the educative scope and therefore in the trajectories of the college students. This work approaches the education of postdegree of different students who come from formation degree. The used methodology is quantitative (questionnaires) and qualitative (interviews in depth). The conclusions take to problematizing the formation of postdegree like part of ampler processes in those than the operation of the use markets, histories of constitution of each profession and the subjective decisions bound to demographic situations take part partner.
