A partir de la obra de Copi “El homosexual o la dificultad para expresarse” (1971) se realiza una reflexión crítica de la división sexual, la identidad, la heterosexualidad obligatoria y los modos legitimados de ser y de relacionarnos, fundados en una lógica binaria que divide y jerarquiza los cuerpos.

ABSTRACT
Based on the work by Copi «The homosexual or the difficulty to express oneself» (1971), we make a critical analysis of the sexual division, the identity, the obligatory heterosexuality, and the legitimated ways of being and relating, based on a binary logic that divides and classifies bodies in a hierarchical way.
From there, it reflects about the current moment and they pose potential challenges for the disciplines of the social sciences from and academic institutions.
